Hey School Social Workers,
I appreciate all the feedback from last week’s issue. Thank you to everyone who took time to reply and share your thoughts🙏🏻.
One thing I kept hearing was how hard it is to feel useful and competent right now.
Having went through a shame spiral myself last week, I’m kicking off this issue with a helpful message I received from a colleague (thanks, Karen!).
Be gentle with yourselves this week. 😊
